I try to run 3 miles 3 times a week. I also lift weights. I am too concerned with the ladies to let myself go to hell
I workout 5 days a week. take off Sat and Sun to rest up. Jog and exercise daily. Started up a couple of weeks ago and the routine seems to be helping. Lots of good examples of exercises at

i do sit ups pushups and lift weights. usually when im high cuz im so much more determined then.
I LOVE to lift weights it is one of my favortie things to do besides smoking herb lol. I also run sometimes for football, i found that exercising a lot of shit has helped keep my tolerance low.
yes, but only cause varsity sailing requires i train three times a week. come summer, im a lazy bum!
i just dropped 40 lbs since having the babe in feb..10 more to reach my goal, but the last 10 are the hardest...i LOVE my stability ball! I have a ball aerobics tape and light weight lifting on it. good times...
I exercise regularly,
tread mill 2 miles at least 3 x's a week, stability ball, while exercise tape is in.I love keeping in shape for me # 1, and 2nd for my wonderful hubby :):thumbsup:
I excercise but I only do it about 5 times a day for only 5 mins or so and I should do it more often if I plan to gain any muscle mass lol.
I walk about 7 blocks to work and play frisbee sometimes, so barely.
