You really need to open a history book of some kind and realize that the United States hasn't always been here and infact we a but a child in the timeline of great nations. If you choose to keep looking at the United States as the perfect country with laws that dictate how things are going to be perhaps you should realize we have hundreds of years to go before we will be great at anything.
