My parents just think they can walk straight in my room (EVEN MY SISTER!) without knocking. But I prepared for it. I guess me having to use my ears alot for my habits has prepared me for this. Most of the time if my parents are here I usually dont do anything I'm not suppose to, or when I'm on this forum I usually just click off before they even come down the hall (even if they arent coming in my room). They even try to be funny, knocking on my door then coming in without waiting for me to say "come in" or anything :mad:.

i agree it is common courtesy to knock when entering someones room even if they own the house, especially if its there 23 year old son come on! sounds like you need to buy that door and lock you mentioned!

im not sure if this was metioned, but save up your fucking money, fix your car your self, buy your self a door buy a lock, and the save up a shit load of money and rent your own apartment, now u see. i bought my own lock, i never have had problems with my parents taking my door away, and im fixing my own car. and infact as im typing this, im also waiting for napa to get the parts in for my damn car.

just a sugestion. but you know, u dont have to do it, and im sorry if i sound bitchy, but you know. im paying to fix my car, and your mom and step dad are paying for your car to be fixed, althu, i work on my car with my dad and sit there and smoke weed with him.
