i've puked from having too much food in my stomach from previous munchie-attacks, and then getting smoke pushed down there, and it pushes the food up and out. it really sucks, and it's really sudden. only happened once, though. i learned not to eat so much.

never puked from weed alone, only weed + alcohol or weed + other drugs.
