Keep shoulder positioned over elbow for maximum leverage and wrist as close to shoulder as possible, keep the "V" tight. When starting, rotate your wrist toward you, their arm should follow their hand, and lean in with body weight on the leveraging shoulder. Has little to do with bicep. Mostly shoulder rotation. Go through the movement and feel with other hand on shoulder. Shoulder strength. Rotator cuff muscles.

I'm really weired with arm wrestling. I can't seem to overpower any of my friends worth a shit, but when they all get me to 3 inches from the table my arm just locks there and they can't move me any further.
