I do believe in the power of prayer man..God does listen,when ya speak to God from yer heart..you and yours are in my heart,always.:) I wish that I was able to come out there and add my voice to yours..I think that gittin loud..is what's called for in this instance,I would tell the doc.."I have not yet begun to fight !".

The very least that they can do,is to explain themselves and if that ain't good enuff,then I say that you should make a complaint to the medical board of California and git yerself a mal-practice lawyer to put the heat on the doc..you'll be amazed at the difference that it makes,when you have a lawyer representing yer interests. Insurance companies and docs,don't respect folks with no representation..they'll screw you around-every chance they git. If nothing else,you can git a free initial consultation with a lawyer and find out how best to tackle this problem. Also,you could tell the doc that his actions may be cause to file charges of reckless endangerment with the cops,I bet that would git his attention !
