Honestly, your best choice might be to just stay clear of the park. It would feel very nice to fuck up some guys that were pissing you off, but revenge is a very powerful thing. They would probably come back after you with as many guys and weapons as it would take, and beat you senseless. At least thats what would happen where I live. Its hard taking shit from guys you dont like, so I would just say avoid the area, unless you want to walk around with 20 friends with bats whenever you leave your house.

Buy a Blank Firing Gun, I have a Desert Eagle in 8mm blank, which is loud as a bastard. I also have an air rifle (most powerful it can be without a licence - 12ft/lbs) and a Beretta 92FS (nickel:D) which is also rather powerful
I suggest just pulling a blank firing gun, as they would shit themselves when you pointed it at them, and as they're running away, fire a few rounds at them, hopefully they won't fuck with you again:)
