Finally, someone on the board who can relate to the good old days. We must be close to the same age survivor. I had my first taste in the fall of 1971 as well, though I can't pinpoint the day like you.

One question for you.....how many Thanksgivings have you enjoyed a few tokes while listening to Arlo Guthrie's song "Alice's Restaurant"? It's the official theme song for Thanksgiving everywhere I've lived. I can't recall a turkey day without it being played at noon, toasted by a huge bowl for everyone. :D

Started 10 years ago this fall, but took a couple of years off. Have been back smoking for a couple of years now.

18 yrs with a 4 yrs probation break.

Since 1974, 31 yrs.

1997 had my first Draw of a Joint, then a Bucket and can quite honestly say it has been regular as clockwork since 2000!!

Started when I was 17! Just turned 25 so 8 Year!!!
