I think had he lived Randy Rhoads would have been the best guitarist ever, because of his amzing techniques and fretboard prowess, this guy is what legends are made of. Its still not for sure who did two handed finger tapping first, eddie van halen, or randy rhoads. But anyways if randy was still alive today hed be putting people like Vai, satriani, and malmsteen back into music lessons.
Wtf are you talking about, Vai, and Satriani are way more technical and good at it, Rhoads is just really inspirational.
Two handed tapping is a parlor trick. Its a neat tool to have in the shed but it doesn't make the guitarist. You can teach a monkey to two hand tap, you can't teach a monkey to play like hendrix, end of story.
Holy shit, what the hell are you talking about, if you want a constant two hand tapper, look for Eddie Van Halen, Vai and Satch don't do it that often. Have you actually listened to there music, they play with such incredible melody. You cannot say they don't play with emotion, try watching some of Vai's vids. I'm not saying Rhoads is bad, i'm just saying, I can play Randy's stuff pretty easy actually, easier than Kirk Hammett, and a lot easier compared to Vai. Vai and Satch completely own Rhoads, seriously, listen to the peoples music before you bash on them, makes you look ignorant.
