I think this is really the better strategy. My first plan could lead to serious problems in the summer... I think I must accept heating with 500W for around 6 hours at night in the winter..... Thank you ranger. I take this advise very serious..

As u can see - I started reducing humidity.
Everything running fine ? I think they are a bit too small. Do u think the damaged time switch in the first ten days of flowering giving an extra half an hour at night - could lead to this delay ? What do u think ?

Plants are looking good mami. Are those actual yellow leaves on the Dutch Dragons, or is that some pretty editing?

The yellow leafs come from the 600W HPS Sun :-)
No editing. Camera was fighting against the HPS.
I could not sleep anymore if the were so yellow :-)
Uknow these are my babies... :-)

Yes, some buds are already bigger then my bic. I bought a new one, with a happy smile on it :-D
Will make some comparison shots the next update...
By the way: I got the Hesi Booster today. Anybody any experiences ?
Other Nutes: nearly like the hesi soil scheme (90%)
And they take it without any signs of over fertilizing.
So keep :rastasmoke::rastasmoke::rastasmoke::rastasmoke:

Can't stop thinking about defoliating. I think now it is really too crowdy in the girlscamp..
There is no light coming deeper than the green top shield. Yes it's like a shield ;-)
I read some articles about defoliating. I know it's very controversial. I'm not sure. Damn.. Can't slepp ;-)
Please help me out. Should I try it or not ??

I think some people get a little too overheated about that debate. There is always a trade-off when pruning or thinning any plant, between light penetration, vs light collection. Due to the inverse square law, the light hitting the upper leaves is far stronger than the light hitting lower down, so photosynthetic efficiency is greater in the upper fan leaves. That is a good argument for leaving the upper leaves alone. But a super dense canopy with overlapping fan leaves makes no sense to me. Certainly you can bend them, but they're not recveiving light with the proper incident angle that way. I think a reasonable balance can be struck. My problem is that once I start pruning, its hard to stop. It's OCD or something. I tried hard to never remove upper fan leaves unless they were yellow or damaged. I used weights and twine to hold the branches apart and that helped with the penetration issue without having to over-prune.

And I confess that just a few days ago I went nuts and pruned a bunch of stuff, probably more than I should have. Some gardeners tend to be "pruners", and that probably describes me. I just have a hard time leaving them alone. I am constantly in need to interact with them in some way.

If you can't uncover enough by folding or tucking the leaves, do what you gotta do. I try to not take any fans, but if need be, they lose a few. I did it to mine and they turned out great. The key to that is do it slowly...don't get carried away. Only take a few at a time and compromise on one's you'd LIKE to take, but don't HAVE to take off.
I even tell them I'm sorry when I do it. ;)
