set the timer, shut the door and walk away untill feeding time. u said it you self, leave it alone. they sell products that help a plant repair faster but i dont know any thing about them. if you plants survive, there is a guy that posted about his roomate throwing his seedlings out a 3d floor aprtment and he recoverd them. u guys should breed your plants to make a super plant. one that can survive almost anything...that would be cool. seriously, sorry to hear that.
best of luck to ya...try singing to them
also there is a video of a guy that breaks the stalk on purpose. he sais something about the juices flowing up after (idiot). he even did it a second time after it recoverd. what im trying to say is donr fret, it can heal. you are seeing new signs of growth ya? this means that the plant is capable of reparing its self however this will probably stunt the growth. MABY MABY find some awy to suport the part above the broken part, i say maby because this could do more damage.
maby start LST if this is your only plant
good luck man!!
just watered with ff nutes, ph of water was 6.0, runoff was 6.25.
Im guessing the soil ph is around 6.4-6.5
Whats everybody think.
Also cut lower leaves off where they got transplant shock, they were yellow and wilting, shes making a turn for the better.
ICU was a biotch
...but if your runoff (from soil) is 6.2 to 6.3, that's nearly perfect.
Try not to trim leaves unless you have to, though Jorge recommends trimming any leaf that has over 50% yellowing or damage, which is a good overall rule-o-thumb.
As far as the breaking-of-the-main-stalk goes, your plant should be ok, as long as you give it enough time to recover, and baby it a bit (try misting it two to three times per day until it perks up).
If your temp is 77-78f, and your PH going in is 6 to 6.5, you should be fine.
Just my :twocents:
Get some cal-mag and add it to the water to green them babies up and make them reach up for the light.

My temp runs between 76 to 80.
I was fixing to start misting with epsom salt for the mag, calmag, good call.
Thanks'
Leaves were close to 50% yellow, give or take.
Or save the $$ on calmag and use unsulfured molasses instead.
unsulfured molasses, what is that never heard of that?
...moLASSes, with a nicely low-to-nonexistant sulphur content. Sulphur is used in one of the extraction processes with immature cane.
Look for blackstrap if you can get it...

â?¢ Molasses can be added to the soil of almost any plant to promote microbial activity.[8]
â?¢ Blackstrap molasses is often used in horticulture as a flower blooming and fruiting enhancer, particularly in organic hydroponics.
