Oprah's got balls!
almost makes me want to laugh... 'cept it's not at all funny, durn it :(
A friend gifted me with a Trainwreck clone. Had planned to start my indoor grow with that, but instead I put it in the space where Oprah was. What the heck. It will produce something, or else I'll dig it up and move it later...
What I really wanted to share with you: more pics of Angelina. She is such an amazon. She's obviously indica, but there is nothing dense about her. She's big and beautiful and she knows it. Whoever bred this strain must be so proud...
Very nice Grandma:thumbsup: Ill put up some more pics here soon as I want them to get a lil bigger:weedpoke:
Have a great day folks:rastasmoke:
Looks like Oprah is a "hermie".
If Oprah is a hermie, you might want to get rid of those lil balls and leave the hairs for nugs, altho it might not be great.:wtf:
oops, just saw that you got rid of Oprah. I have a hermie in a pot that is quite healthy and I will just move him/her to a spot way away from my other girls. I piched all the tops off that had the balls and left the rest...I'm curious if I can get it to be mostly female. I do know that if it makes seeds, they will likely be hermie except I ruined the plant by top pinching too soon so who knows?Quote:

I'm so grateful that my Angelina, the last of the three that I started from seed, is so definitely female. The two clones are doing just fine, too. Dolly bushed out some from doing a bit of LST with her. The third, a Trainwreck clone, went from 16 oz solo cup into the ground, and instantly started flowering. I fimmed her when she went into the dirt, too. Am hoping that I can dig these little ones up and reveg them later; that will be an adventure! And very, very soon I need to cut clones....
Here are some pics taken this afternoon. The first four are Angelina, the last is Dolly.
Well you could take a few clones from the TW and veg them inside. Then flower them over winter and then re veg these as trying to dig them up will be almost impossible. The biggest strongest man couldn't even try to pull the stem out of the ground, there are so many roots. So getting clones would be a better plan as this way you have enough time to clone, veg, flower and harvest with still enough time to get them re potted and put back into veg before next year. Plus never running out in between.Quote:

I only mentioned digging up the Trainwreck because it just went into the ground a couple weeks ago, so I don't figure that the roots will have a whole lot of time to spread. But yes, when I get brave enough to take cuttings, I'll definitely take some from it, too, if I can. There's not a lot of vegetation there, but I'll give it a try. :)
Well i tried for the first time just recently and 1 out of 3 made it, but soon i will be able to clone the clone. I will let it get a couple feet then take enough clones to fill my room, veg them for a month and they will bud in 2 or 3 months. Then do it again, this way you keep yourself in meds and save on seeds, plus growing clones are much faster. Like irydyum's last grow only took 2 months and got 290 grams! Cloning iv now understand is the key to having a great garden. I got some Root Tone for 6 bucks and will last a year.Quote:
