LED...The Second Coming...
I had the same problem two grows back. Your seedlings look exactly like mine did. I made the awful mistake of trying to sprout them along with some plants that were already in flowering under a HPS light and some huge compact floros. Basically, the light killed them. My grow area is limited due to space. I use the little space we have to grow from seed. Don't have any cloning room. I usually end up with five good plants, but that time I made the mistake of trying to fill the space I have because I ended up with only two females. I'll never do that again.
LED...The Second Coming...
I don't know too much at this stage of my growing experiences, but it looks like the lower leaves are yellowed pretty badly when the upper leaves appear healthy - would such be the case if lighting were an issue? My experience with such yellowing lower leaves leads me to believe too many nutes is the cause. Stinky is one of the best I have seen, and I second her emotion.
Congratulations by the way on taking chances with the LED lights. Others have told you already, but with risk oftentimes comes reward - I am happy to see your risk led to reward, and I look forward to continuing to follow your LED grows!
Good luck in flushing your seedlings, and turning them around!

Yes alot of high powerd LED light and a strong soil will do that. Remember things grown under high powerd LED's need way less fert and like stinky said FFOF is strong to begin with so if you mix that with alot of high powerd LED's when the plant are babys ???
LED...The Second Coming...
I bought a product a few months ago for my next grow. It's called Park's Bio Dome. They come in various sizes. I got the eighteen cell one because I usually only plant ten seeds at a time. It kind of takes the worry out of watering, etc. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm going to in a few weeks when the plants I have are done. It's a seedling starter.
Which brings me to a question for the advanced growers here. I started with ten seeds and ended up with six plants. There are two left and they were planted the last week of January, believe it or not. They are definitely sativa strains but I didn't even bother to take notes on them as the grow progressed. One is over six feet tall and I have it bent over in the closet. The smaller one in almost six feet. All the fan leaves have fallen off both of them, leaving just the buds. What's weird is that they are basically done at the bottom but not quiet there at the top part of the plants. In fact, they have very little trichs on the top buds and the buds aren't that dense. I plan on chopping them on the 16th whether they're done or not. They've been growing for nearly five months. The seeds were freebies so I wanted to try them even though I knew they were outdoor plants. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before, having plants take so long to mature?

Its the FF its too strong for the babies> I went thru that a couple mths ago.
btw thanx for the help on that stinky :D
stealth^ I'd start some more seeds but not in the FF ;)

I'm leaning towards the legend as well.....but I'd probably do both....flush well and cut the light back.
I've done my clones with FFoF w/o problems but have never tried it with a straight up seedling. Stinskter what age would you say is safe to put a newer seedling into FFoF soil?
Stealth.....send me an e mail. ;)
LED...The Second Coming...
Same age as it's safe to feed it- 5 nodes. Those lil things are scorched to hell from ferts, not lights, although intense heat or light causes increased metabolic rate and in turn that causes problems to show much faster.

seedlings starter
1. roto rooter (the best) Stinky's recommendation U ROK girl!!
2. seedling starter mix (no nutes or very few/micros)
3. peat pellets (cut the cloth off them first!)
Local tap water has plenty of nutes for seedlings first week.
I would guess?! wait about 2 weeks till transplant them into FF
I was reading my book awhile back>Jorge Cervantes new bible
(indoor/outdoor) and in the seedling starting chapter he has some very good info on starting seeds and how light/nutes/water/temps/etc effect the seedlings and the SEX of them!!!!. You could by strictly controlling them> raise your female to male ratio!!
I don't have access to my Bible know or I would scan and post that chapter for everyone. If you can I would definitely get that book, this is the exact book here :
Barnes & Noble.com - Books: Marijuana Horticulture, by Jorge Cervantes, Paperback
A must have for all :hippy: :hippy: :hippy:
LED...The Second Coming...
I like jorge cervantes too and have that book as well but my two favorites are probably
1. Cannabis Grow Bible by Greg Green
2. Marijuana Botany by Robert Connel Clarke
3. cdot. :D
oops thats three......

thank you guys!!!! wonder why the seedlings were all ok the first go around in the FFoF....SHIT man...I may have lost some REALLY good strains....
cut down to one light, put another 10ish holes in the bottoms of the cups...I will give em till sat to bounce back, then just start more...which sucks even more, because i got another procyon (newer model with the 465s) and I am gonna do a single procyon grow as well....I wanted them staggered, but now it looks like i will be starting both rooms again....AAAARRRRGH!!!
Im gonna go cry in my "noob again" pillow....lol
