looking great zeb
that area is gonna be great for the plants, and I see you got some natural barbwire(last pic) to keep the pests away. If you have some hardware cloth you might wanna wrap the other plants so they dont get eaten like the others. cant wait to see them in full bloom.
stay irie
Thanks Iriebowl.....:thumbsup:Quote:

I'm looking forward to seeing how your ladies will thrive under these excellent conditions!
I did notice a little yellowing of the lower leaves on the Hog x Shivas. I've seen this same yellowing on my own plant, and was wondering if you had a definitive answer as to the cause? I have read quite a bit on this board, and through assimilation of such information I have either accurately or inaccurately concluded it is from a nutrient issue, either a lack of nutrients or excess nutrients? I look forward to your experienced analysis.
Hope all else is well with you, my friend! Be good out there!
Hey, thanks for stopping by....
Yeah, I'm happy that i have different strains this year, i hope they will survive, so that there will be some variety....Quote:

In my case, it's very simple what the cause of the yellowing is. It's because the plants where in my small vegbox(which you can see in my other log), and there was limited space, so i gave them no nutes, in hope that they not gonna outgrow the box before i can put em out....it's the lack of Nitrogen that causes the yellowing...imo...Quote:

Thanks again....you too...:jointsmile:Quote:

Looks like you should do pretty good Zeb, funny here I'm called redeyed but every body I know calls me Zeb, caught me off gaurd when I saw your thread. Hey for future referance the tree thing works,I have done it. The trick is to use a rope and pulley so as to only climb the tree once. It's not so much that the soil will dry out but that the roots get to hot in the pale that's painted brown, black, green what ever. I did it twice as an experiment and got some buds, pretty good for a bag seed experiment. I won't do it again only because it is a royal pain in the ass and I got plenty of land to do my thing.
Sorry to change the scene but just wanted to throw that one out there. Good luck and and I'll check you out soon.:greenthumb:
Hey I've been looking at the trainwreck, ever grow it bfore? I have heard it K.O.'s you pretty good!
Hey Jakez, I'm glad i could help...if you are happy, the plants are too...imo....
If you have some more Q's, I'll try to help....It's always a great pleasure, when you stop by for a chat....
Zeb...:D Thanks for the info, now i know, it's possible...
You are rite, this tree grow thing could work, but it's far less pita to simply put the plants in the soil....the rope and pulley method is brilliant....:D
This is the first time i grow TW, but sadly this is just a cheap copy of the original, by GreenHouse Seeds....I'm not even sure it should be called TW, because i read in another forum that it has very few things common whit the real thing....But on the other hand, i read some good reports too....
We shall see, my Friend, we shall see.....:hippy:
Ya I know what you mean, it kinda rips me that alot of the new breeders are able to pass of their screwed up genetics to the rest of us. I applaude people for trying to grow the next best thing:clap:, that's the name of the game right, but don't distribute the crap in the process:cursing:.
Anyways, best of luck on your venture:bigsmoke:
Man that train wreck is gonna be A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! i've smoked it many of times and man oh man did it make me hungry, happy, sleepy! best of luck to your train wreck and your other mothers. hope all is well for you ZEB!
