I'd like to be President of the United States. I'd do everything I could to make sure that Mary Jane was legal to consume, grow, and lovingly admire...

I'd like to run a resort with the theme of subsistence farming, like a dude ranch for hippies, wiht hydroponic greenhouses and wind/solar power generation etc. and of course GREAT food. I'll do it someday too, watch me.
