here is where it ends. i have been waiting for that one ludicrous moment when it was declared that since god's presence was felt since the beginning of time, all good must flow from him. you took your own sweet time to get there.

some of my earliest memories are of discussions of religion and philosophy with my grandfather. he was a minister, a religious scholar and missionary who spent a great deal of his life traveling around the world teaching this tripe to the unsuspecting natives. it usually took him about two hours to reach this point. he would probably be a bit disappointed that you didn't give logic a better try before using this cliche.

This all bothers me for one reason. That humanity will never surpass its problems until we fully accept that we have to take control of our reality, learn everything about it, so we can then control and form it to one without suffering or whatever other problems. I just wish we'd all take responsibility, learn whatever we can, and accept that we can't always fill in the answers with dieties every time we can't provide them at the moment.[/QUam I to take advice from a wizard?:cool:
