Define: Puff-Puff-Pass

With a lot of people usually two hits, one exhale, but when I'm with my Friends it's 3 hits, 3 exhales.

Heh, one of my friends, whenever we're smoking HIS weed, he'll do puff puff puff puff puff puff puff.. pass..

He claims, "Its my weed". But he's a cool guy, and when it's just me and him, he lets me puff as much as I want (without overdoing it) as well.

for me and my freinds its 2 inhales 2 exhales then pass to the left

i do that too.. with joints, blunts, and cigeretts as well..
