Little update to my log.
Little updated pics. One of the pictures has a plant with some nute burn, the only one with it, another weird thing is the look of the top leaves. They looked like this before the nute burn kicked in.
Another shot of the one with the washed out looking leaves.
All the others are doing great and getting big.
I have some "custom" reflectors coming in the mail and after they're mounted up with lights I will be sending the kids into Flowering land to see who stays and who goes.
Little update to Cabsaga.

hey just wanna say nice plants diz ill be watchin
Thanks guys. :)
AV, I'd be more than happy to help where I can.
The exhaust is 4" all the way through. It's comprised of thin gauge flex duct and 90's, duct tape, aluminum tape, 4" ABS couplings and blood. :p
There is a 120mm fan that moves the air. The 4" ABS couplings are attached to both sides of the 120mm fan. I attached them with 1" x 4" plates of metal (times 4 on all 4 sides of the fan). You could probably attach the couplings with straight duct tape to the fan, anything to make a seal. If you decide to go the 120mm fan route, make sure your using one that pushes some decent CFM, most are low power/low CFM.
All of this pushes into a scrubber. Scrubber uses kitty litter crystals instead of carbon and the plans to build that can be found in the faqs section.
You'll have to ask if you need more specifics on anything else.
Costs? eh, I did my best to NOT keep track. But I would guesstimate, just on the cab material and venting, that it was at least a couple hundred bucks. Wood, screws, duct, fan, hinges, paint, more wood, tape, insulation, etc. You'll need a hole saw (4") and a powerful drill to get through the walls of the cab.
Oh! There is a 2" and 1-1/2" ABS intake as well.
I'd say 50ish for the scrubber (filter).
Hey nice grow you got going there. You certainly seem to handle obstacles well, looks like you know what you're doing.Quote:

I'm gonna try and watch your grow and hopefully pick up some things. Good luck, keep us updated. Lookin good
Thanks AR. The crystals do a similar job, are more easy to acquire and much cheaper than carbon. I'm not sure what type of odor carbon produces, if any, but the litter has it's own "aroma". It doesn't smell anything like kitty liter, but once it gets warm it puts out smell that you will notice. The cab was running in a smallish room so there wasn't much of a chance for the smell to dissipate, so it might not be an ordeal for most people. As it is, the smell was odd enough when "someone" was standing over the top of the cab to make them sniff it out. But it didn't smell like green! ;)
I'm full of suggestions on topics, and answers from my short bit of experience and much reading here and elsewhere. Have a question? Just ask.
Cheers
Glad to see you want to flower them early. CFL's actually really suck in the end unless you keep them small. Keep up the good work.
