Ive lost 10 lbs on addy and lack of sleep I used to work out 3x a week and eat more than enough but then with the end of school coming up it all went to shit. I ate once today only and that was about 330 calories
Yeah but I just lost 50 some pounds recently haha I dont wanna be chubby again! Thats frightening to me! But I have found a solution. I went out and bought some pineapple, some carrot sticks, and for dinner I had salad and chicken..I guess ill just binge on good stuff haha not as good as burger king but oh well :thumbsup:Quote:

I used to have the same problem and I would munch out so hardcore. There is self control, but like it has been mentioned, eat healthy snacks. Apples kick ass, so do oranges, but not as much as pineapple. Man, that shit is so good, plus you can hollow one out and make a bong out of it. :p
I eat broccoli, filling as fuck and something good to snack on .. won't make you gain weight and it's good for you.

I smoke mad buds, and i somehow manage to retain my abs and pecs and not chubbiness... Just use your brain. If you cant control yourself, its your problem, not the buds.
