Uncircumsized is soooo much better. I mean if they keep it clean it doesn't matter I GUESS...but one time I had this horrible experience with a circumsized guy. I was going down on him and that little piece of skin popped and there was blood and horror and he said it didn't really hurt him but it fuckin hurt me to look at it. I just kept yelling...OMG I BROKE YOUR PENIS!!!! it was horrible. Hence, i prefer cut ;)
