My hair color changes with my mood, and ranges from dark brown to reddish to medium brown to blonde highlights (all of which are to cover strands of gray, as well as to satisfy my need to control something:DQuote:

I told my husband a couple of weeks back, after he told me one morning that I had a sort of "Nancy Pelosi thing going with your hair up there, baby," that I was going to shave my head bald. He didn't seem fazed at all by that prospect. It may have been a more appealing idea to him than a Pelosi-like do. (It just turned out very poufy and formally coiffed looking that particular morning.)
If I were brave enough, I would seriously consider shaving my head. I hate messing with my hair. But the latest follicular adventures of Britney Spears have made a shaved head seem like a less-than-appealing idea now. I've decided it's not a great look for women.
