What strain would you pick?
No rooting hormone. I don't use any. Withhealthy clones, just water is enough. The plant has enough food stored in the leaves to make roots. Just stick the clones in with a very weak fertilizer. Since your clones are so starved, they will need some food right away to make it. No humidity dome is needed with bubblers. Spray with a very dilute (just a couple of drops) solution to feed the foliage directly. Keep out of direct sun or strong light. Fluoros would be good for now. Leave the lights on 24/7. Check the plants hourly, if possible.
Yes, foggers will work, just not for clones. The plants need to have roots first.

Ok, forget about checking them hourly. Just keep an eye on them. Darn forgot these are clones for sexing. Give them weak nutes and 12/12. They are plenty stressed so maybe they will show their sex early for you.

Thanks Gen...
My plans... going to the store, to buy two or three things I need for the bubbler. Also, I'll toke two or three hits on the way.
Nutes: I'm thinking on using the solution that's inside the NutraMist right now. It's less than a week old, and it's half the strength General Hydroponics recommends for clones. What you think?
I'll log in in about 1 hour... Thanks for the help! SUPER!

Ok, I was going to do the bubble cloner today, but I can't, due to "sealant drying times".
I bought this 6" pot for the bubble cloner, but it holes @ the bottom. So I sealed it up with some silicone, but it doesn't look dry. Just to make sure, I'll leave it dry until tomorrow... which kind of sucks, because I wanted to place the clones into the bubbler today...
I hope they don't die before tomorrow... I just need to know their sex... they can die afterwards if they want....

hey turtle iam trying to figure that out now. i want to find a strain that is the shortest and bushiest strain and when i figure that out im going to spring for some seeds from a seed bank. as now im bag seed grower only.any suggestions would be appreciated. piccts too

Turtle, if you can't do the bubbler today, then put the clones in a glass with the nutrients. Take them out of the fogger now. I made my bubble cloner by getting a food container and cutting holes in that. Put a hole in the top and feed the air tube through that . Make the hole small so the air hose will stay in place and not pull out.
Hey powder, I bought some seeds from weedfarmer and received crushed seeds. He said he would send me somemore and that was January 17. Still no seeds.
Hey skippi, How does bag weed taste? I've never had the chance to try any homegrown.

Alright guys, I see a couple of replies that I want to answer... but before any of you log off, I'd like to post some pictures and a Clone Update...
I went to WalMart because I didn't want to wait until tomorrow to do the clones... so I went out to pick-up a Sterilite tub. Fine... I did the holes, the airstone, pump, etc.... etc...
I took out my clones from the cabinet, and started taking the "fog cloner" apart... when I separated the 6" pot from the top "humidity dome", I was shocked and surprised to find the clones had foggy roots!!!
They've got roots!!! Oh yeah, the thing about the fog "micro hairs", totally true. The roots looked... well, kind of "spongy" like.
I tried to get some pics, I hope you enjoy.
So, after seeing that the clones have roots, I'm wondering...
What else could be causing the clones to look in such a bad shape? Should I remove the humidity dome?
Should I increase the fog ON time (currently @ 1minON/9minOFF)?
Should I DEcrease the fog ON time?
Should I increase the nutes?
Should I... ???
Please look @ the pictures, they where all taken @ the same time...
Although they've got roots, you can see their poor appereance top-side...
Please help, thanks!

they look nutrient deprived gotta remember that clones are same age as mother plant and need same uptake to produce...thats all i can think of off my head i'll do a few searches see if anything pops up
