How are you going to say a source isn't credible because of its domain name? How do you think he got into power in the first? People actually voted for him. They liked him. He was extremely charismatic. Once he took control of everything, then he started going nuts with invasions and concentration camps and what not, but before that he was probably one of the best liked political figures in Europe. People placed their hops and dreams with him.

Tell me this isn't exactly what is going on...Torog uses this method in nearly every post he makes, calling everybody with opinions different from him 'liberals' or 'democrappers', saying we're young and have no knowledge of the how the world works yet to us it is quite evident this has been said since the beginning of time.

you dont know what your talking about. the protests in lebanon happened because the syrian backed goverment is believed to have been involved in the assasination of a popular opposition political leader. as well as a show of resentment of the fact syria has its military in their country and has alot of influence in their goverment.

you seem to be implying this happened because of the u.s's involement in iraq and it was soley done for the sake of democracy, both inaccurate. it'd be fairer to say if the protests were influenced by anything it would be the peaceful protests in the ukraine. and they are being staged less for democracy and more for national soveriegnty.

you also seem to imply the syrian backed goverment resigned due to some fear of u.s involvement, fear of a civil war would be alot more accurate.

Even if he did win that election, (which i think is debatable) the only reason he got more votes than ever, is because there were more votes than ever total. (probably due to the media frenzy stirring up debate amongst people who are politically ignorant.) Besides, roughly 50% of the vote sure as fuck isn't a mandate.

i disagree with the evangeicals too and dont have any strong opinions on religon one way or another.with the mandate thing,all it showed was that the majority of our great country agree with W and his idea's.

I think its pretty damn convenient how most voting errors favoring Bush, occured in Florida and Ohio, the two most important swing states. If you are thinkin these electronic voting booths can't be tampered with, you're wrong, I dont want to explain the whole thing but ill point you to a link that will. http://www.blackboxvoting.org/ Hell, they dont even make a paper copy of the vote to check if they suspect something. Even the old voting machines could be checked by a representative of each party if they thought they were tampered with.

I dont think everyone who voted for bush is ignorant, i'm just sayin i suspect the reason there were so many votes was because of how much the media and hollywood and MTV stirred up the people, and as a result alot of people who knew next to nothing about politics or either one of the candidate still voted. Since the majority of the population of the USA is conservative, and Bush is SUPPOSED to be the conservative candidate, and Kerry was considered the pussy candidate, who wouldn't fight terror, (Even though he actually served his military time, during war no less, unlike Bush.) bush squeeked through with the majority.

He's raised the level of polutants the refineries are alowed to release into the air and water, and he's also cancled many of the programs that research the possible adverse effects on our ecosystem that those polutants have. Not only that, but he's opposed renewable energy programs that would help people get off the grid, a grid which because it's powered mostly by coal burning, is one of our greatest contributors to our environmental woes. He's even rolled back energy efficiency standards for air conditioners, lol, Air conditioners? Hmmm, it seems like the only possible motives for all these environmentally detrimental decisions he's making, are to help his allies in big buissiness... Yeah he's really looking out for us...

As for bush fiscall policies, the economy has by no means fully recovered, and bush has no right pretending to be a conservative, he's never conserved anything in his life, much less money! He was born rich, so he's never learned how to be responsible with money, (as is evident by his decisions) how many billions has it been that he still cant account for losing in Iraq? This is money that has for all intents and purposes, just disapeared. Do you really think it just disapeared, because it sounds more like HUGE scandal to me, but of coarse, our so called 'liberal media', has all but ignored the FACT that its gone and nobody will tell us where it went.
