Sure is a thought provoking idea. Someday I'll have a collection of enough pictures to put together some sort of book. Hhhmmmmmm.....Quote:

I can't say I'm upset at all though. The Sierra had some very large, very dense buds. The Church was completely finished, and both the Sierra and Church were showing purpling in the leaves. Of course, like an idiot, I didn't get any pictures of that.
Here goes some pictures from harvest today.
First pic here is what I got off one Sierra Kush plant. It was one of the six larger twin plants.
[attachment=o250146]
Second is an attempt at getting all the harvest into one picture. It was near impossible to get this angle, one one foot leaning 45 degrees with a stretched left arm....ugh
[attachment=o250149]
Third and Fourth are the right side and left side of the drying spot. Gives a better idea how much is really hanging there.

I'll get some numbers on dry weight around the end of the week once they've had a chance to dry. Anyone that's been riding along, thanks for watching!
Looks like a great harvest. Congrats! :greenthumb::dance:
Very nice!
Mmmmm.

Nice one Irydyum:thumbsup:. That was one helluva grow man and never thought you had that big of yield man. Damn id like to burn one of them buds in a bong, il bet the taste is going to be killer bro.
Nice man, for damn sure:smokebong::rastabong::bigsmoke:

Thanks for all the kind words everyone. For it being such a quick run, there sure does seem to be quite the harvest. Hopefully looks aren't deceiving on this one. Every time I try to guess a weight at harvest I'm wrong, so I gave up trying. I'll get some numbers up here as soon as I know em :D
Let me add here how LOUD the Church smells. The plant was making my eyes water when I was harvesting it. No shit. My eyes and my mouth. Never had one quite so pungent. I'll most definitely be getting some more Church beans in the future so I can hunt this pheno down again.
I can't believe how purple this scissor hash came out. Let me tell you, I just roasted a small piece over a bowl and I'm stuck to my ceiling. So hard to concentrate on anything but television right now. Very high in the chest area. Good stuff :thumbsup:

Fabulous work man!!!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Final harvest weight was about 290g dry :D Not bad for a 53 day turnaround if you ask me, takes care of my needs for a bit. I'm happy with the quality on everything. Even the early NL/Skunk has something good about it, I can bet if I had 70ish days to give her that it would have been great.
The Sierra Kush and Church are both rock hard and pretty well covered in trichs. The Sierra really does taste to me like a cross of it's parents Kush and Widow, but it's smoother and easier to smoke than either of them on their own. Good high from it too. The Church smells so loud it makes my eyes water. Something crazy about that weed. It's ROCK hard, I can't press into it at all, and the nugs grind up to about 2x the weed you thought they would. That plant only yielded about 20g though where the same size Sierra gave me about 30g.
Here's a few pics to put a final touch on this grow.
First here is the whole kaboodle. The largest container is the NL/Skunk. I'll get a close-up shot of it next time I bust into it to smoke some.

Second one here is a plate of Sierra Kush. It's not as green in the stems anymore, but otherwise it looks just like this picture. (pic was about 4 days ago)
[attachment=o250858]
Lastly, here's a nugget of both Sierra Kush and Church. I couldn't believe how similar they cured out looking like, but I guess if it isn't colored, weed does tend to look similar.

All in all I couldn't be happier, and I'll be in a new spot soon, with a new grow to log. Thanks to everyone that kept this thread alive, this joints for you :jointsmile:

Here's a few shots of the cured product that I took outside to get. Much easier to get true color rendering in a photo in sunlight.

Yeah man the light does pull the colors out, but now my mouth is watering and im tearing up, but only outta pure envy, lol. Great pics man, what do ya think about a few pics with the killer USB cam. Just curious as the difference after being cured. The scissor shot is amassing, the detail that thing can produce is crazy. I think id be running around taking pics of all kinds of shit.
Thanks man, great show for sure:thumbsup:

Just goes to confirm your quote bro:thumbsup:Quote:

Some of the trichs are turning light amber as it cures. Some are just staying cloudy white. It's hard to catch the white with the LED's on the camera, it tends to make them so shiny they all look clear. Still look like alien pictures though. The only major difference is that the plant materials shrink and the trichs don't, so as it dries and cures out, they appear to be stacked closer together than they were when it was freshly cut.
