here is the new light for finishing the plants in the tub..
i have decided that i have too much wasted plants going that
would be better in the HPS and the plants in the tub have been kinda
abused and are kinda fucked... BUT
i have too much time into them to just kill em now so i am going to let em
flower in the closet under CFL.. and a ton of CFL too.. i have another 6 bulbs that
are going above and to the sides of the tub..
any suggestions or comments welcome..
also i got 6x 5 gal buckets
8x #3 pots and better Neptunes Harvest..
this time i got Seeweed/Fish.. supposed to be for flowering :greenthumb:
also bought shultz bloom booster.. i am gonna run a plant on that and see what happens..
see if this organic thing can be beat with cheap nutes..

Good looking out on the bloom boost, just started out using that one 6 weeks ago, its good stuff! I ended up going a little stronger than the mix said on the bottle...but only after incrementally increasing the nutes for a few weeks.

Lookin good, keep it up.

second is clone a week ago ~2 weeks old
third is clone today ~3 weeks old :(

my poor little clone seems so small..
but she is still kicking.. and now seems to be growing :thumbsup:
we shall see but i have plans along the lines of top after 4 nodes
let it grow and then top again..
that sound good for a mother?

everything is looking good MG! it is mighty full in that closet of yours. top the piss out of the one you want to keep as a mom (after a test top of course, some strains don't take well to it). then clone her like mad. once she gets big enough and dense enough you will have to take clones on a regular basis whether you need them or not.

i will continue to find room for more.. and i have a bit of time b4 i can top the mother.. she is that lil clone.. but i got time i think.

i AM gonna be doing a nice lil round of cloning very soon and then i will try the mother.. call this a test run.

not from seedlings. you need to wait unitl they are sexually mature before flowering. what you can do is rape the seedlings for clones and flower those off the bat (once they are done rooting). then toss the seedling mom.

the other thing you might want to think about is ScROG. that would definitely work.

lol ya i already got 3 plants chilling NEXT to the lights.. they are starting to stretch like crazy but i jus dont got the place for em! if it turns out that i have a male in the DIG i will replace it with one of them.. they are topped just like the rest of them..

well here are a few pictures to show how it is going..
the first is of the DIG in its entirety.. the taller plants have 2 weeks to go!! whoot!
the second is a growing tip from a plant 10 days into flower.. she was throwing pistils BEFORE she went into flower then STOPPED! and is now throwing em fast and heavy..
the third pic is of one of the buds..
same with the fourth and fifth pictures too.. bud shots for yall

this grow has been fun and VERY informative..
i hope that everyone that has been following this thread will continue to do so in its newest form.. DIG Round III Big Mamma's House..
i will be showing the progress to this newest attempt to disaster throughout the next couple weeks alongside the normal DIG grow.. after this current handful of ladies have moved on to the mason jars they are destined for i will be closing this thread..
on a happier note i will be harvesting in 2 weeks and will post all of the info about yield and taste here..

i know you guys are laughing at my "need them or not" line, but it's the truth. you still need to take clones from your moms on a regular basis to keep them producing more shoots.....even if you have to scrap them. true story.

just a lil update
i have had to remove another one from this crop :( she was taking up valuable space and just had ta go :(
so i cut her off at the knees so to speak and made room for the better gurls to finish flowering..

well nooblet.. i DONT have the room.. this growing business has kinda taken over the whole house.. especially my bedroom.. its a jungle in there..

here are a few pics of my recent building project.. the new DIG.. and more discrete too i hope!
old dimensions 4 feet wide 2 feet deep and 6 feet tall
new.. 3 ft wide 2 ft deep and 4.5 ft tall..
have a new 250w bulb on the way for the new smaller space.. down from 600w :( i can JUST keep the temps in check right now.. should be a breeze wit the smaller lamp :)

nuked a bit over a floor vent in a closet.. am baked afta a bowl..

btw the stems break when you try to bend em.. total dry weight.. 103.5 g from 4 plants.. other 4 are still with roots in the ground..
i made a batch of stinky's butter.. am making a batch of brownies as we speak.. 4 T. cannabutter.. made with an oz of weed / stick of butter.. ended up with ~7 T. of butter.. this batch will be the first/ only batch made so strong.. but they gotta last me 4 a bit..

idk i got some friends that pull 8+ oz off each cola bud.. but that is outdoors on the island.. we dont have to worry bout law out there :)
