i have a couple of more pics. they are just some i got while messing with the settings on my camera. it's an old sony. i got it from a friend and don't have the manual and really never thought about downloading it. yes, some people still read the manuals. and i prefer a hard copy and not that digital crap!

MAKE SURE YOU HAE SOME KIND OF GOOD VENTILATION!!! YOU WILL GET BIGGER BUDS AND YOU WONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE SMELL.

and finally, the problem pics. i know some of it has to do with feeding. i just use a measuring cup and dump it in the pot. i try to pour it slow and not splash it, but when they are bent over it's hard not to touch it. there could be some deficiency too. i did use some full strength mg so that didn't work. i was trying to find the sweet spot. i think i found the not sweet spot! but i know where to go now.
they just got a whole lot of water the other day. don't have the log close sorry.
i'll be better about keeping up with this thing. nothing is more dissapointing than a log that just stops, kinda like a bad movie or something......

and as far as LSTing is concerned, i need to stop 10 days prior to flower? or no? if so, do you just let it go wild in flower?

Super impressed you got this grow doing what it's doing! You are a good farmer (my highest compliment). I only wish I had seen this thread 5 years ago, I would have had those CFLs burning....inspiring.

i think i'm about to put them into flower maybe tomorrow? who knows? i think i'm gonna try the 36 hour dark method. to try to get the to show sex quickly. get rid of the males and repot the ladies. i'm hopin for 50/50. 3/5 gal pots? something like that.
i've got about a foot of space that's not even being used yet! i'm excited to see them spill their guts too!
i must say for all of the doubters in the beginning i seem to be doing okay. i am pleasently surprised.
lol @ supernice! it's a cardboard frakenstein. but it works! i think i can get 8 bulbs in there. i need to get some Y splitters. maybe they'll come in my stocking! that would be sweet!

what's going on everyone?! i'm back! i got credit for some back time and got time served on my stuff. so i only had to do 8 days as opposed to the 30 i was expecting. good deal there.
i posted a bunch of pics before i went in. i'm not sure what happened to them all. anyway. i'll to get some new ones up. all of the old ones are on my computer (using the wifes) which is going back to gateway for repair.
out of all of the plants, only one died. well one in the green, 3 gallon pot did. but it was a MALE so it worked out. not sure exactly why it died. everything else looks good.
oh, and as far as the seedlings, most of them didn't make it. i think i transplanted too soon. and my cats knocking them over didn't help.
some of the clones appear to be making it too! definitely not the best way to clone though!
i'm off to try to catch up around here!!!

okay, just kidding. sorry for getting carried away! but for real, what's going on everyone? how is everyone? is everyone still with us?
i am happy to report that all original ladies are still alive!!! they are big and full of buds covered in diamonds! i'll get some pics up soon if the boards stay going!
as i said, on of the original 5 has died, but it was a male! so that worked out great. this happened while i was in jail. i would like to thank my wonderful wife for keeping my girls alive while i was locked up!!! she did a wonderful job, with NO prior knowledge and a half a sheet of written and about 10 minutes of verbal instructions!
there are 2 clones from the original batch taken (the ones in the reddish orange nursery pack thing). there were two more that could have been saved but they were both taken from the male that died so i killed them off.
all of the clones dying was my fault. the housing they are in is a work in progress and just didn't cut it. i have modified said housing yet it remains a work in progress. i added 4 x 23w CFLs (6500K). i think i'll trade one out for a 2700k bulb. when i had the original group in veg they seemed to really like the 2700k. i don't use the tube bulb anymore but i haven't taken it out yet.
the first night with the CFLs the temp got to 104 and cooked a second set of clones i had taken. now i can prop it open and get a solid 85 degrees with about 30% humidity. i have placed a cup of water in there but it hasn't seemed to help.
i know i need some fans both for ventilation and circulation. that's coming next. hopefully with an air pump and some new tupperware tubs. some that will fit in frank, or the next version that may be coming soon!
i want to flip him sideways and start a perpetual SOG. i figured that if i could pull 30g off of each plant, and pull 8 plants every two weeks that i could obviously yield ~ a half pound!
that's obviously a rough draft but a very achievable goal i believe. any input here?
i've got several other plants in various stages. i have two of (what i remember to be seedlings from the ones planted just before i went to jail/same time as the clones were taken), one of which is looking okay after struggling and one that is just taking off!
i also have the aforementioned surviving clones. there are 2 more that i don't think will make it but i am trying to save them just to see. just for the experience.
and finally i have 12 seedlings. they are as follows:
5 x dank (dank bagseed, various known genetics, unknown to me)
1 x beaster (from bag)
4 x Really Good Corn (RGC) (from bag)
2 x Good Corn (GC) (from bag)
they are all in the new clone/veg box. they are looking good so far. they are in dixie cups currently.
i think that is all for now. i will get some pics up like i said, if the boards stay up! and some current bud porn!

hey shake! poppin in with ideas! to help combat my high temps and low humidity, i bought a cool mist humidifier. basically a reservoir, a filter that soaks up reservoir water, and a 2-speed fan over the filter. fill the res with cold water and add a small ice pack, or a dozen ice cubes. i went from average temps of 82.4 and humidity @ 20% before, to average temps 74 and 40% average RH.

Everybody jumped ship and went over to ICMag, where we huddled together like true survivors of a disaster. It really brought us all closer together. I saw a dude over there with a cardboard box grow, checked it out, but of course it wasn't you!
I've been enduring a severe ice storm, which wiped out most everybody's power for over a week. All my plants survived by some miracle. Only 2 girls left out of 7....No NL5Haze for me..all boys! :( Some people still have no power 'round here. I had no internet for over a week, so you can imagine all the withdrawals I've been going through...haha.

Shake, Glad to your back amd up and growing. I have had some cat problems too one of mine likes to sit on the seedlings. I've been a deal with him he gets an occasional fan leaf if he leaves my grow alone...so far its working
