I only smoke in my home too, and yet I still want it legalized. Do you also grow? If not, you have to go somewhere to buy, yes? This is potentially dangerous as well, even if you have the most responsible dealer ever, just because you don't know everything about your dealer. Also, I just want it legalized because it should be. It won't effect me too much, but I stand up for the things I think are right, and legalization is one of them. I mainly want alcohol and MJ to be equal, law-wise, as the amendment here in CO last November was trying to do.

I was not talking about the kids on tv. I was talking about the kids in my story. The story is right above the one you quoted.

How will you get in trouble? Someone gets caught by the cops for ANYTHING and they say "Wait, I know a guy who deals. If you bust him, can you give me a deal." The cops bust you for dealing based on this guys bullshit even though you don't. If you also happen to grow (like I do) you also get charged with manufacturing and end up going to jails for YEARS.
There is also the fact that when you are dry and between dealers, you just can't get any. I am a nerd and must sound like a damn narc on the phone cause I couldn't buy an ounce to save my life. So if I happen to be between harvests, or lose a crop, I am shit-outta-luck.

again your not understanding what im saying, go back and read SLOWLY. If your worried about cops bustin in on your grow, then you shouldnt be growing in the first place. Wow. That answered NONE of my questions. I want it legalized because it should be. I don't use it in a stupid manner, and I have never even been close to trouble for weed. So I don't want it legalized because I am "one of those" who uses it stupidly.
I want it legalized because I think that it should be, and because I think that it is a safer alternative then alcohol a lot of the time. I think adults should legally be allowed to choose the safer recreational substance, without being considered a criminal.

lol you really think i care if you agree??? 98% on here wont agree with me. As a responsible smoker ive never had troubles with it bein illegal. If you read my first post in this thread i said that i just wish you guys would open your eyes or quit smokin for a day since some of you guys get cloudy, and relize it will NEVER be legal in the United States in OUR LIFE TIME. So when you guys go on rants about having to "prove" something to the goverment or people, that weed is not a harmful herb, i think its the same kinda post as " is my weed laced". A broken record. Again you probably will mis understand what i just wrote. :hippy:
