I use a 500 gph pump to run 36 drips running up 2 5" vertical section . HD has the 1/2 poly tube rolls and pop in compression fittings dig makes them you need 1/4 x 1/4 barbs then get some 1/4 inch black tubing and drippers you will need the little tool for making the holes also. If you need any help let me know.
That link just came up that is basicly what I am talking about

as far as the flow goes you have to get ajustable drippers that way they drip the same.

\ I plan on getting shut off valves so I can regulate the flow from the main pipe,
Maybe i can just get a standard PVC and drill holes to stick the 1/4 tubes into the 1" PVC. Then run like 3" of line, then attatch the valve, then a little more line. The valves will let me adjust the flow coming from the main pipe.
I saw bluebear describing something like this.
Would that 500 GPH pump feed 72 drippers, just so I would have better coverage?

the setup with 72 would be the same as the pic i drew above, just with two lines coming where I drew one before.

that would also work they sell screw in type 1/4' barbs get 1/2' pvc with some 4 way tees then ball valves at each side of the tee then more pvc with and end cap then drill the holes for the drips in between the ball valve and the end caps then you can regulate each row. The bonus to that would be no worring about clogged drippers. I think a pro pump like the one I use would do all 72 they run about $85
