i dont really see how a fourteen year old could afford weed what are you buying it on your allowance. you are going to forget a lot of what you learned in a few years, and a lot of it isnt important anyway. but what is is that you graduate, and i know plenty of people who were dumb before smoking weed who smoked a shitload in highschool and did fine
I'm not sure where you are from, but I had a vehicle by the time I was 15. Been driving since I was really really young. (big ranch=lots of time behind the wheel)Quote:

I've seen dead people laying on black top...but don't get me wrong, I drive impaired all the time. I am guilty of it. Only thing is when I am an impaired driver, I take it seriously and take pride in getting my friends places safe on friday nights. If you are careless, you could end up dead. Simple as that.
I don't think I knew anyone in high school that didn't have their own wheels.
well youre wrong, its that simple. i was talking percentages, not overall amounts, and not specifically limiting it to car accidents i could get into detail, but i really dont care about proving you wrong.
yeah TheFatKid I first smoked right before my 15 birthday and i'm still 15 now. haven't been smoking too much lately since i've been trying to dodge a drug test, just don't let it mess with schoolwork or anything and just keep up a good lifestyle and you're straight
Percentages are based on actual numbers....are they not?Quote:

If there are more american teen drivers....of course we are going to have more accidents. Nearly every time I have ever drank, I have been in a vehicle at least once while intoxicated..whether as a driver or passenger.
In my opinion wait till your 16. I started when I was 14, and i was little immature and careless.
health issues completely aside, whether something is right or wrong or not is determined by culture. it's often illegal to puff, but that doesn't change the ideology of the cannabis culture, which celebrates pot in spite of laws. however there's also cultural prescriptions on a convivial level, that is to say in the family, which in your case may or may not be against the use of cannabis. until you get to the age that you separate yourself from the restraints of family allegiance, it's best to do whatever will appease the culture that exists within the walls of your family's house. of course, this is coming from someone who smoked intermittently since the age of twelve and never raised many parental concerns. it's up to your judgement and ability to maintain a normal appearance while stoned.
Very well said. Just because you have your own room and don't have to share a bunk with little brother does not mean that you can start bringing illegal substances into your parents home....or get arrested because of it.Quote:

My dad has 2 degrees and my mom/sister/brother have ivy league degrees. Pot had *no* place in my home growing up.
I would say thats too young. 18 sounds like a fair age. Why?
Because that's the age you can be drafted and go to war and die.
