Haha. yea. Tell me about it. I hear ya. Mount it safely, man. Do you use any weather stripping or anything to reduce vibrations?

i havent gotten that far yet i forgot to get the flange with it, it shouldnt vibrate too much its rather quiet for all the air it pumps.
tho i may consider getting some just incase i dont want to be flustered and stuck in a jam at the very end.
Your last grow was awesome to watch Invision and I'll be glued to this one as well. I'm just starting to try lst on my first plant so I'm learning from you along the way. I'm afraid to bend em over the way you do so Ive been pulling her over a little each day.
Anyway looking forward to watching your Grow 2.0. BTW, that 600cfm is a very powerful fan...you might want to look into a fan speed controller so you can dial it down to a good level.
dont be afraid i take them right down to the dirt they are very flexible, yesterday one of the plants was invading space of another so i had to swing her a new direction making her grow around the pot, so she is bent in 2 spots at 90 degree angles.
everything is still going very nice, they are growing quickly now cant wait until i flower them
i just took 8 clones for sex, im trying this water cloning gig i didnt think it worked but the results were great from what i have read from many people.
so in about 2 weeks i should know the sex of my plants :)
Agreed. I bend mine up 90° "all the time". Ya can do this all the way through the first week or so of bud. I'm currently turning one stretching plant into a compressed "Z". Water the plant heavilly 2 hours before, tho. I learned the hard way that a tall, dry plant can snap its stalk clean through.Quote:

Those bubbling water cloning contraptions look interesting. So do the wick cloners I've read about here. I'm thinking about building one of those next time I cut any clones so I'm going to watch your progress here.
edit: Oh, are you just sticking cuttings in water and changing the water or something?! I just read Volker's posts.
I like this photo I took of a bendy plant: http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne...5970062&size=l ... I have tied some branches down to the dirt like you said and they were fine.
Keep updating, I'll be following your progress too!

hey canuck,
i know which plant your talking about without even looking, for some reason that plant has always hated me, i hope my cuttings take root it would be kinda nice to throw in some females inplace of the males even if they do end up being smaller.
