congratulations... now if only i knew what that was.... stinky, you seem to know a shitload about genetics and stuff, fancy giving me a few pointers as to where on the net i can go to learn a little too? - Merry xmas stinky...:)Quote:

Merry Xmas to you too!
Shit... I can't point to any single place... just read as much as you can! If I had to say the best printed resource for cannabis genetics, it would be Greg Green's Cannabis Breeders Bible. I love that book. And for genetics in general... I took a Biology-heavy courseload in college. It was a good start to my 'other' career, lol!
Oh ps whorled phytolaxy is when you see those plants with 3 cotyledons and 3 petioles at every node instead of 2-lots of people call it polyploidy by mistake but that's a different condiotion.
Woot. Does the same 3 thing happen on the nodes on the branches?
Didnt top her because she was showing no signs of lateral branching. She's like a stick with leaves.Quote:

very interesting.. I would be curious to see if the nodes space out a bit...
very cool!
In examining the plant more closely, every branch except the triploid branch has weird "even-odd" nodes: the 1st node has 2 leaves, the 2nd node 1 leaf, the 3rd 2, the 4th 1, etc. (I will post some pics of this in the AM) The meristem is bi-lateral.Quote:

I'm also wondering why I didn't notice this until the plants was almost 4 weeks old. A case of overlooking the weirdness because the plant looks so beautiful?
