"You'll miss high school!"

I didn't enjoy either.
But what I think is important, is decide what you want to do, figure out how you are going to do it, and then do it.
If you don't know WHAT you want to do, then figure that out first. Look up "average salaries" on google to figure out what you might make at each potential job, figure out what it takes to get that job, and then decide where to start. Community college? Technical college? A state college? An apprenticeship?
You'll figure it out, but don't blindly take anyone's advice. Think for yourself and make a goal, then figure out what you can do to reach it, even if it takes you ten years to get there.
Even if you never achieve your goal, you will be working towards something you believe in, and you will find options along the way you never knew existed - and you can take those opportunities when they arise.
I know that is wishy-washy but believe me, I am "successful" but have also been miserable at some points. You need to believe in what you are doing, and not let your circumstances hold you down. You do have options - you just need to think about what they are, and choose one.
hmmm thanks man....
