I don't "believe" any one theory, however I do believe a goverment is capable of something like that.
I am a sceptical of anything the authorities tell us after the WMD bull and the supposed links between Saddam and al Quiada, both of which turned out to be false claims made by the US and Britain.
Trust who you will, but I will never trust the people in power right now who have shown that they simply cannot be trusted.

The victims remain victims regardless of who pulled the trigger.

Their families may never know the truth.
