Think about the victims of molestation (or any crime) and realize why there is no fucking justice in this stupid fucking system. I say anyone who destroies another person's life by molesting them or otherwise forcing themselves on them, ought to have their liberties stripped away from them FOREVER!!! Sorry if that makes me sound like a fascist, but then again it's all to easy to call someone a fascist when you simply don't agree with them. Send pedophiles up on government land to work in grueling forced labor. Don't give them anything but the bare necessities--Food, water, proper healthcare and a paper-thin mattress to sleep on (the mattress isn't required by law BTW, so i'm being nice about it).
Pedophiles might have a mental illness, however each person is heald accountable for his or her actions. While they might be mentally ill to an extent, i'm sure that their fettishes for young children are not so powerful that they are so mentally dissociated and unable to make proper judgements, that they have no control whatsoever over their own actions.
If we give pedophiles leadway , then we might as well give every other criminal the same leadway. Infact, let's just do away with the whole justice system alltogether, since we could then potentially argue that all criminals are victim of mental illness.
Basically I think all violent criminals should be sent up on government land and be deprived of every right they've got. Who needs to be creative? Obviously the current system doesn't work and I think we need reform desperately.
I think violent criminals need to taste the inhumanity they inflict on each victim of their crimes. I have no respect for any violent criminal because I've been the victim of violent crime. I think the government must show the same ruthlessness and coldness to the violent offenders as the offenders show to their victims. I think each violent offender needs to be reformed, in such a way that they will never want to commit violence on another person again. And if they go insane from their harsh punishment, then they should commit suicide and fucking die.

OK.. there are women paedophiles too. Just imagine you are 13 and an older woman with breast that make your weener tingle. She seduces you and you have the experience of your life. Did you enjoy it? Who cares. The full weight of the law would come down on that woman. Your parents might be pissed that their little boy was "abused" and want her tortured as some on here have suggested.
I'm a spiritual person. I believe in love and compassion. Teach our kids to love. Give them more hugs. Teach them right from wrong. This might sound simple but a lot of parents leave their kids to their own devices just hoping that they turn out OK or scream at them when they do something wrong. They will just find ways of doing more wrong without the parents knowledge. Love is the key.
