YES...I often wonder if I should leave now and go directly to Amsterdam - Seems like heaven on earth to me! They have these cafes where you can sample kinds of weed and then decide which to buy! TOTALLY AWESOME! Why is Amsterdam the only place on Earth that has weed cafes? And why is Amsterdam so far away from me?! Someday I will make the trek there! :o

I think that it was the Hard Rock that had the spiral staircase that led to a smoking den downstairs.

i don't think you can get peyote in holland, i've never seen it. shrooms on the other hand yes. there's a smartshop on warmoesstraat opposite the greenhouse effect, i can't remember the name it was a big(for holland) open shop, white, with glass cabinets all around the sides.

the flying pigs good, vossiusstraat is better then nieuwendijk coz it's in a much better neibourhood.

its 'melkweg' and yes there both still around plus there's a'dam arena, heineken music hall and countless other music venues and clubs :dance:

all the guys and some of the girls love the red kights :thumbsup:

i went back in january of this year. i can't remember all of the ones we went to, except for the first: de dampkring. whatever we smoked there...well i've never been so deliciously faded in my life. :D the only downside is that it's pretty small and pretty popular, so there isn't usually room to sit down and kick it.
