because there are people out there that do have many contingincy plans, such as a PROXY... which means they can change their IP on a day to day basis so that it will never be the same... so good luck w/ the IP ban thingy... if you all want it to stop so bad, why do you all keep resurecting this thread? why dosent someone delete it? is it maybe cuz you all like the gossip? later guys... :D

How does commenting on an obvious situation imply that a person's attention span is short? Does that make sense to anyone else? If a person's attention span was short, they wouldn't even be paying enough attention to notice this in the first place.
