Im from philly area... now i know if i go the city i can hear what strain it is, but i live about 10 minutes outside and therefore never trust what people tell me.
Whenever i hear taht its like northern lights or sumthing ill look it up and find that it looks nothing like it. All i know is that one of my dealers i trust cause he doesnt bs me with strains, he just gets like a couple different kinds, one looks real bright green, one is all goldish looking, another is real dense and got hairs all over and the other kind has purple on it (i guess purple haze)
But if anyone here is from philly and knows what we are smoking then please tell me.
dunno bout strain, but here in essex its 100% pure indica, we dnt getsativa, ive tried but redbridge is just an indica area
Here in the San Francisco area there are a lot of cannabis clubs selling medical marijuana and some of the clubs will actually have 50-60 strains to choose from. Even if you don't have access to the clubs you can still find quite a few strains out there.
Lately a couple of mega-potent purple indica strains, Purple Erkal and Grandaddy Purple, have been real popular. Right now my guy has a trainwreck/purple erkal crossbreed which sounds really nice since the trainwreck should take away some of the erkal's knock out effect.
In Nyc there been alot of different variatios of the Sour Diesel strain. There was also some White Widow, Sweet Tooth, and Blueberry crosses. Im sure there's alot more crazy shit going around though.
in iowa there isn't much to be said for strains, unless you're in iowa city. the guy i usually buy from has had mango, blueberry, and ak47 at one point, but mostly they're just nameless i guess you could say. i have had the opportunity to try such strains as romulan, blueberry, white widow, purple kush, and bubble gum here and there in iowa and i must say that marijuana is a very strange and amazing plant to have all those different strains with such crazy different characteristics.
i was also wondering is it possible for a nameless nug to be better than a strain? or does every nug of KB have a name but maybe it gets lost along the way or some people just don't care what the name is? i've always wondered that.
