i picked up another cfl and sum new nutes today! now i got two 42 watt softs @2700 and one 30 watt daylight @6500... and the nutes i just got are bloom boost stuff with 10-52-10 (is this ok for flowering??) from waly world like a couple people suggested.. thanx everyone for your help its keeping my lil girl alive and kicking!!

just some more pics of the buds forming! man its a great feeling!:D its much darker green then the photos show because of the flash and the cfls... and the pics arent as clear without the flash... soo enjoy!

first three pics are of a happy plant thats gonna make me happy! :D next two pics are of sad leaves on the happy plant... can anyone tell me what could be the cause of the discoloration of these leaves?? its starting to worry me a little bit:( p.ss its only on the lower half of the plant which doesnt get much light so im wondering if thats the problem
hey notorious, just a thought, but if you added maybe two more cfls at the bottom of your plant you could get better light coverage/better yeild.....that is if you can take a little more heat and have the space for it....good luck and great grow
yeah i would get some more lights but this is gonna be the only grow where i am gonna use cfl's to flower... after this i will be picking up a 250 hps and vegging with daylight cfls... but thanx for the info and the compliment man

im far from being an expert, but on the 5th pic, maybe you accidentally got some nute water on your leaves? Also wanted to say, very nice plant. I too am getting ready for my first grow using bagseed first as practice and mostly CFL lights.

No problem, yes i have seen pictures of peoples plants after they spilled some nutes on the leaves and it looked very similar to yours. Maybe you could give me pointers and stuff that you did because, for a first plant it looks real fine :D. :thumbsup:
sure i will deff give you some pointers and what i did although some of what i did is probably frowned upon..
1st- i germinated her right in a jiffy puck soaked in distilled water..
after her roots started coming through the bottom i put her in a 5 inch pot.
2nd- on her fourth node i broke it off by accident.. ( i was trying to bend and twist to strenghten her up) but it worked just as well as topping..
3rd- when the new growth started getting bigger i tied it down.( it was only 2 at first) then the other nodes got more light and two more big branches started formingso i tied them down also.. i also moved her into her 10" pot after i felt she was big enough to move..
4th- right after her fourth node incedent i began feeding her.. i used 21-18-18 food and she started to take off.. after 3 weeks of vegging.. i noticed she had alternating nodes so i began to flower her with another food which was 18-18- 21( i thought that would work) but i got advice from other people on this forum and they said i needed something with a higher k value.. so in the last two weeks i have been using 10-52-10 bloom burst food. and i have always used half stregth nutes as of this point.. and that shoud bring you up to date...but if you have any more questions ill try to answer them as best as i can

how long of a time period did you wait before using the 21-18-18? I hear about 3 weeks into veg is when to start nutes, is this right?
