Running, weights, heavy bag & tennis.
I just went for a pretty long walk and run. I'm pooped, time to smoke a bowl :D
i did arms and sholders today... made an appt. with a pt tomorrow... my summer fitness freak personality has kicked in and my energy level is higher then it has been in ages... i'm beginning to wonder if i may be bi-polar... will smoke little or nothing for the next five to six monthes... this body is becoming higher maintenance every year...
yes i excercise, by walking, running (very rarely), and also a little martial arts training, and cuz i used to work as a manual labourer i've kept myself in shape without spending hours at the gym, and was gettin payed for it too lol :p
P.S. Don't get stoned at lunch if you have a lot of work to do in the afternoon lol :stoned:
its called going to the store and sweating off last nights munchies by rolling a good blunt or joint
