Observations:
1- Technically, there are no "chemicals" found in nature... you find elements (your "Nitrogen, Carbon, Zinc,") and you find molecules, which make up "chemicals".
2- Can you provide a link, and or information to that synthetic THC molecule?

Thing is, I want to believe you... but I find it very hard that humans synthesized THC in the lab... that's a might fucking complex molecule homes... and, there are various derivatives of THC... and they did this in the '70s?

Wow... I'd like to see info on that.

The drug he's referring to is I believe Marinol, which is made using synthetic delta-9 tetrahydracannabinol. On their website, it claims that it is used strictly for nausea purposes, and that any "high" feelings will diminish in a few days. There are many other active chemicals that give you the "high" in marijuana. D9-THC is not the only one.

Nitrogen, Carbon, and Zinc are all natural-occuring elements. Not ONE of them is a chemical. To be classified as a chemical, it must occur during a chemical process. Now, there are natural occuring chemicals, yes, as there are hundreds of naturally occuring chemical processes.

As for chemicals being made using things in nature, yes, this is true, but saying that is saying polyester is a "natural" fabric, as everything we use to produce synthetics from from the earth. You can't make something from nothing, and that something came from earth.

I don't know if everyone feels this way, radefactor, but the second you start using expletives and attacking people, it refutes any further information you may have, as it shows me that you are powered by hate instead of curiosity. Oh, and by the way, USING ALL CAPS doesn't scare me or make me think you're a big and scary person. See how I'm typing to you right now? This is how adults speak to each other.

Oh, and if you would like to give me a copy of your scientific report proving that hydroponically grown cannabis is much more potent and higher yielding than grown organically, I would very much like to see this. I'm not being sarcastic, either. I'm genuinely interested.

I don't think it scare tissue. I know it's the plants ability to receive the proper nutrients in the maximum portions that helps the plant reach it's maximum potential.

You can't do that in Organics but then again Organics is way easer then most any other form of growing once you get it down.

You can't grow large flowering plants if you stress them to much you know that. It takes a stress free environment to produce the best quality you can. You know that too.

Turtle, I meant to get back to you on the other thread aswell about 24/7 light, hormones and veg. During the dark cycle the plant releases hormones. During the day they are broken down. As the nights get long as the seasons progress the concentration of hormones eventually reaches a level which tell the plant to flower. In my belief, since the plant has not evolved with producing and breaking down hormones at low levels it may cause stress and eventual decay of genetics. Keeping the plant in 24 hour light in my beleif resticts the hormones my being made which infact do cause aging manifested in flowering. When regenerating a plant bringing it back to health and making it a mother one must flush the hormones so to speak with 24 hour light allowing the plant to start growing branches again. Mother plants have lasted centuries under 24 hour light and organic feeding. Zandor is a expert grower and I have read he uses 18/6 and chemical feeds and even he can not keep a mother alive over five years. http://boards.cannabis.com/showthread.php?t=56894
