if your headshop does sell it illegally and you go in asking for it theyll probably kick you out and not let you shop there ever again. they have been busted for weed related things so many times. im sure some do sell it, but you would probably have to be well connected to the owner to get it and i doubt they keep it in the store unless they knew someone was buying it. also i idoubt they d sell it to a kid under most circumstances

Here in San Francisco i know of three headshops that are also equipped to sell Medicinal Cannabis, and do.
