Well well. I wonder why it is that people these days don't seem to read much about dope and so called mental illness. I'm talking about the intelligent stuff we used to read in the 60's. R.D. Laing, Timothy Leary, Ram Dass. The spiritual effects of mind altering substances are severely neglected nowadays. It really does seem strange that 'Da Gangsta Rap' syndrome has taken over what little brainpower you guys might have had.Why not try using your mind to lead you to a balanced view on the world?Quote:

i've had this and it usually just means just too fuckin' stoned for the moment, sleep seems to work best if that's an option (shut the mind down). when i was younger it used to kind of freak me out but then i learned to say "i'm just too fuckin' stoned for the moment", things chill, and i might cut back my smoke for a bit. Also other shit (alcohol, meds, definitely shrooms & whatnot) can mix in for some freaky episodes. just be careful & know your limitations.:thumbsup: :stoned:

It's just panic attacks, and it's not the weed, it's the video games and everyday stress, no joke. I experienced the same thing several months ago, and found out that I was playing way too many videogames and worrying about stupid crap too much, and so I stopped playing and made myself stop worrying about stupid stuff. So you need to stop playing the video games, and chill out. And it's very important to get regular exercise, that'll help more than anything else. Just get out of the house more often, take walks, etc. And another thing that has helped me a lot is growing weed, that really helps to relax you.
^ good advice, i do find that takin walks is gud cos wen i stay in the house 2 long i get scared and feel trapped in my own mind
Yeah the worst unreality feeling I had was when I was playing Halo 2 online, it's hard to describe but it wasn't too good. It'll take you awhile to really get over the panic attacks, so give it a few months. Just rationalize things and realize that your unreality feelings are merely panic attacks, and it's your body's way of telling you that you need to do healthier things. People were not meant to spend too much time inside and stare at TVs and whatnot all the time. Get out and you will be fine.
