quitting cigarettes
My theory behind aids to stop smoking...
Most of them contain nicotine, which is the drug you are trying to quit???
Putting the ciggs down without aids reinforces your willpower and gives you a better chance to succeed long term... If you did it on your own,you can always do it on your own...
Your mind has more power than a pill or patch...
Fight the urge and in the end it will gratify you...
Peace

quitting cigarettes
yep the worst thing would be to have another one, even only one...i am pretty sure this will be of no use, but the problem with the great buzz cigaret gives is only to satisfy craving, and so, doesn't have any real purpous if you never smoked a cig...

quitting cigarettes
I usually wait to smoke a dart until I'm high, which is every day, so lol I have a couple every day, but I really don't feel addicted. I need to stop though, as soccer season is coming up and my lungs need all the health they can get. Quitting won't be hard for me though, that much I know.

I'm jumping on the cold-turkey train. Quitting tomorrow. Actually, quitting right now. Smoked my last one a few minutes ago. I'm ready for "Hell Week" or however long it takes to free myself from nicotine...

Congrats on quitting. As hard as it is to quit the rewards afterwards will be greater than the stress you feel now.
I smoked pretty heavily for 17 years before I finally quit. Now it's been over 6 years since I've had a smoke. Quitting was one of the hardest things I've ever done but I feel so much better now. Back when I smoked I used to do a lot of serious rock climbing and mountain biking. I was pretty good, better than your average person, but could never get to that "great" level. Now I really think that the cigarettes were what was holding me back. I wish I had never started but like everyone else, I was young and stupid.
