To sum it up....Your fucked! Any drug on school property is double what it would be anywhere else. If you were caught with weed down your street its a misdemeanor now it is a double fine because you were in a drug free school zone.

Yeah, tell the Judge it wasn't yours. Like he hasn't heard that like a zillion times. :rolleyes:

If you tell the truth, he'll be nicer. He may make you do a class or he may put you on probation where you'll have to do pee tests.

Typically the court system reffers you to a private drug treatment program for a certain amount of time which you pay for. Depends on your state and the judge.

Tell them your dad gave it to you, and that you do favors for him every night, that'll help.
