you know i read this thread when you first posted it...i had never seen a full match before, i watched clips on the net but never properly watched it....so last night i thought id go and see if it was on....and it was...it was like the championship or somthing....fucking awsome.....i wanna fight one of those guys....lmfao...j/k :)

yeah i watch it.i also train in bjj.

some of those guys are too pumped. no matter how much you train, you wont get that muscle mass without artificial help. seriously doubt Lidell has done any of that from looking at him. as far as Tim Silvia- did anyone see the fight where he got his forearm broken in a hold, never said a word and had it not been for the excellent referee he would have continued! that is one hard-ass dude that Tim Silvia. as far as Silvia fighting Lidell and winning? i would have to stay with Chuck on this one. Chuck has the speed, experience and skills to handle a BIG man like Tim. Chuck also has the punch to back up Tim. Tim's advantage is his size and ability to cut the ring down, he has excellent sticking ability and uses that to land the big punch against weaker opponents. Chuck is Not a weak opponent, he would be the best Tim has fought, but Tim has improved everytime he has come out so who knows?

In mma, Muay Thai bitched all those so called Karate masters and Kung Fu masters and Taekwondo olympic gold medalists and stuff, now these japanese are taking the techniques of muay thai and calling their art now full contact muay thai... ?

Kempo, JKD, Vale Tudo, etc is just a combination of these styles

Ok...i am an AVID fan. I watched the Liddell v Couture fight a few weeks back. I was high and drunk as shit but it was still some of the best fights ever.

And for the record, Matt Hughes will win another ten fights or so before he even thinks about losing.

Chuck Liddell is the baddest dude on earth and he would break Sylvia down in a very systematic way.

Vitor Belfort is my favorite striker of all time. I honestly believe he has the fastest hand in the history of the UFC. The only person whose hands may be as fast or MAYBE faster is Rich Franklin.

And fuck Royce Gracie. I hate that shit talking bastard. He fought during a time that noone had even really heard of Gracie jj. Now everyone knows about it and the great fighters know how to dominate it with ground and pound and excellent stand up. Check this little bit of news i found.

And to anyone who dosesnt know, Couture is retired. He announced it at UFC 57 after Chuck beat that ass. I love Randy cause he was the old guy who did the impossible. Plus he's just a good ol' country boy.

And the Frank Mir murder (or fight if you are REALLY liberal with the term) was absolutely astonishing to watch. I sat there mesmerized as Frank Mir got his shit force fed to him through a feeding tube that was Marcio Cruz's fist.

I love UFC and basically any kind of free form fighting there is. I hate K 1 though because it doesnt have the ground element that so evenly levels the playing field in UFC and PRIDE.
