Yea, unless this guy does phone in a complaint. Even sexual offenders get protection from the law, often more than innocent folks.

Meals: Flesh, previously mentioned. Water, plenty, minutely salinated; enough to cause pain, and small ruptures in cell structures, not enough to kill.
Hands bound, with some movement allowed, not enough to scratch or touch self or environment, enough to eat and drink. Frustration, but no suicide or ability to scratch itches, can feed themselves.
Heat lamps at night. Running water at night, turning a metal brush that scrapes the wall; no sleep.
Tapes of people speaking and laughing and having fun, in foreign languages that they cant understand.
The list could go on, but you get the gist, there should be no rest, mercy, forgiveness, or reabilitation. There should be nothing enjoyable, not even the peace of their own mind.

Man, I think people who could do things so insane should be locked in a cage.
