I just play basketball...some mean basketball at that lol. Work also always keeps me goin and on my feet to, so i consider that my excersise. I'm 5'11 and 160. Can't complain.

I do
Lift bout 3 - 4 times a week. Got baseball twice a week. Two more days with the team personal trainer for my ball club. Swim, jog, yoga. Oh and I'm also a personal trainer, thus working out is a must =/ Other then that, smoking a nice fat j then working out the right arm for a good hour does wonders. Too much to list...

pick up the bong,pack it,pick up lighter,light,put down bong & then repeat til I can't pick up bong anymore
I go to the gym 3-4 times a week been going for about 2 months now and loving it
i used to train and ill start again in 2 weeks. i was lifting 135 pounds 8 times or so.
