This happened to me in HS, I was walking home from school and a group of girls I never even met beat the living shit out of me. I had so much hair pulled out of my head that it was litearally throbbing, another girl even punched me in the eye with a 3 finger ring, I have a black eye for almost 3 weeks. :(

I don't know much about the stats, and you are probably correct. From my experience, men have many more conflicts, and much more violent (assaults/murders). But men are more direct, and normally after the conflict/disagreement, both men know where they stand with each other.

When women fight, there is nastyness usually behind each others backs and with the participation of others, and sometimes lasting for long periods of time.

long story short people do stupid things for stupid reasons men and women...that lesbian comment in the beginning was a bit out of the blue and i couldn't understand what that had to do with anything but i'm sure it made sense at the time

Nooooo. This happened to me when I was in HS, i'm 33 now.

Oh, OK. I'm still confused.... Anyway, yeah, don't let others get you down. Some ppl just aren't happy unless they are making others feel bad. They're not worth your energy. :)
