How do you roll a joint?

I can't understand how you americans don't cone a joint. Everyone does it here.

Cones are actually common around this area (Chicago suburbs).

And if not, you can always empty out a cigarette and go "pre-rolled"

ok its sooooooo simple just start from one end dont even really bother with filling it untill after rolled (you can stuff the weed in) roll it real tight at the start at an angle... its hard to describe but easy when you figure it out
the idea is to make one side smaller that the other....aaa you prob wont get me

and use like 10 times more in a cone
