corry is saying that more basement grows will happen since warehouse grows are not even legal for the home grower. Home growers could, previously, band together to chose a different location than their basement. 1284 limits us in our cooperative efforts, which certainly lead to safer and more separate conditions. Home grows will always be legal as that is really central to the Constitutional amendment - the point is, there will be more with 1284, than without. It's a stupid fucking bill pushed through by selfish morons who don't give a fuck about the Colorado patients. Thing is, even law enforcement isn't even happy. Both sides feel like they lost.
